Bored Pile Programme, Commercial Development
A full bored piling programme on soft coastal ground: rotary auger drilling, temporary casing to hold unstable strata, reinforcement cages lowered pile by pile and concrete placed by pump straight from the mixer trucks. Multiple rigs ran in parallel to hold the foundation programme inside the client's schedule.
Every pile was set out, logged and tested against the geotechnical report before the cap and ground beams followed — the same discipline GTGABOD applies on every site.
